At Ontario Pickleball Academy Pro Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your paddle or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Package Your Gear
Securely pack the unused items in their original box, ensuring all tags are attached and protective plastic is still on the paddle face.
Ship to the Academy
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location across Ontario.
Receive Your Refund
Once our pro shop technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
