How do I know which pickleball paddle is right for my skill level?
We categorize our paddles into Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced tiers. Beginners should look for a wider 'sweet spot' and lighter weight, while advanced players often prefer thinner cores for power or carbon fiber surfaces for spin control.
What is your return policy on paddles and equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that once the plastic wrap is removed from a paddle handle, it is no longer eligible for a full refund due to hygiene and resale standards.
Do you offer local pickup in Ontario?
Yes! Customers can select 'Local Pickup' at checkout to collect their orders directly from the Ontario Pickleball Academy facility during standard operating hours.
How long does shipping take within Canada?
Standard shipping within Ontario typically takes 2-4 business days. For the rest of Canada, expect delivery within 5-7 business days depending on your province.
Are your paddles USAPA approved for tournament play?
Most of the paddles we carry are USAPA approved. You can find the 'USAPA Approved' seal in the product description for each specific model to ensure it meets tournament regulations.
Do you provide group discounts for clubs or schools?
